During this phase, applications for short and memorable names with a high commercial value may be submitted by the general public. The registration procedure for the Landrush phase is the same as in Sunrise, but without trademark validation.
Domains will not be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. As during Sunrise, the applications will
be collected during the phase. The domain names will be allocated immediately at the end of the Landrush Period and registered for one year.
Matching applications for the same domain will go to auction. Auctions will be handled by an external auction provider. The timeline for the auction process is four to eight weeks after the end of Landrush. Auction winners will be awarded the domain with a one year registration.
Applications can be deleted at any time during Landrush. Successful applications can be deleted within five days once the accepted status is set to "Pending". Deletions during these times do not result in billing, but the application fee is non-refundable.
