Roll Out Timeline for .CO
In order to protect the rights of trademark holder and guarantee the stable and proper allocation of domains, a five-phase launch plan has been drawn up. The plan consists of the following five phases:
- Third-Level Transition (started February 7, 2010)
- Grandfathering (March 1 - 31, 2010*)
- Sunrise Period (April 1 - June 10, 2010*)
- Landrush Period (June 21 - July 16, 2010*)
- General Availability (July 20, 2010*)
Please note that the registration policies of .CO Internet S.A.S. apply when registering .CO domains.
